Hi, I’m Kristen, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California (#114822) and Colorado ( #.0002452). I provide mental health services to children through adulthood who are navigating the emotional impact of physical health conditions, with a special focus on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and gut–brain interactions. Drawing from both professional and personal experience, I offer a compassionate approach grounded in empathy, understanding, and sensitivity to your unique experience. My work is collaborative and individualized, rooted in trust, respect, and genuine connection. Together, we explore how living with gastrointestinal conditions can affect relationships, school, work, self-perception, and hopes for the future.
